Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with our services. We provide informational products, typically a single data point of information requested by the customer. Therefore, once disseminated, it is impossible to return. Please see below for more information on our return and refund policy.
RETURNS
As of this amendment, we do not sell any tangible goods and therefore do not currently have a return policy for physical products.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds for appraisal reports with which you do not agree. We do reserve the right to correct any report with errors to make it compliant with USPAP and it's intended use.
However, if the intended user (e.g., a lender or other client) does not accept the appraisal, we reserve the right to make corrections to satisfy the requirements. If the intended user refuses to accept the appraisal report, based on a refusal letter directly from them, we will offer a 100% money-back guarantee.
How to Request a Refund:
Obtain a Refusal Letter: Secure a refusal letter from the intended user clearly stating the reasons for rejecting the appraisal report.
Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with the refusal letter attached and include your contact information and order details.
Review Process: We will review the refusal letter and determine if corrections can be made to meet the intended user's requirements. If corrections are not possible or satisfactory, we will process your refund.
Refund Issuance: Approved refunds will be processed within [number of days, e.g., 7-10 business days] and issued back to the original payment method.
